Room Rates/Reservations:
Room rates are non-commissionable and are subject to applicable state and local taxes. Room rates are based on single and double occupancy.
Check-in/Check-out policy:
Our check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out time is before 11:00 AM. Requests for early arrivals and late check-outs are based on our availability. We cannot guarantee requests for early check-in however; we will make every effort to grant it. Simply, if the requested room is available at the time of arrival then we will allow the guest to check in at that time.
Cut-off Date:
Reservations of your guests must be received one month prior to event date. On the release date, we reserve the right to release for general sale any unused portion of the block of rooms. If your guests call after the release date, they will be handled on a space and rate availability basis only.
Parking:
Hotel valet charges will be $7.00 for overnight, registered hotel guests and $6.00 for short term, daytime visitors plus tax. Self-Parking is Complimentary.
Reservations/Direction Cards:
Upon receipt of the signed contract, we will provide you with reservation and direction cards equaling two times the amount of rooms on the peak night of your room block. Should you need additional Direction or Reservation cards we will be happy to supply them to you for a cost of .25 per card.
Gift Bag & Package Deliveries:
If you choose to provide gift bags or other packages for your Registered Hotel Guests, the gift bags or packages will be delivered to each room at a charge of $3.00 per room.
Event Management Team:
Your group will have an Event Manager who will oversee your room block. Once the contract is signed Your Event Manager will contact you to finalize all the details with you on all aspects of your Room Block.
