The Charleston Marriott Town Center is pleased to announce the selection of Loren Schrader as the new Executive Chef. He will be responsible for the hotel’s food preparations which include the Whitewater Grille restaurant, Room Service, Catering and Conference meals. Loren came to Charleston Marriott after serving as Senior Sous Chef at the Key Bridge Marriott in Arlington, Virginia. Loren is a West Virginia native and helped open the Charleston Marriott’s former Tarragon Room 25-years ago.
