Should you need to cancel your reservation please contact the Spa a minimum of twenty four (24) hours prior to your appointment to avoid 100% charge of the service applied to your credit card.  Reservations are on a timed schedule, if you are late it will run into your reservation as we guarantee full length of our services to each guest.
